Our Department

The department of animal nutrition is dedicated to the understanding of the metabolism of farm animals and the improvement of methods of feed evaluation in both, teaching and research.

We are aiming to contribute to animals being supplied according to their needs, non-renewable nutrient resources being saved, and undesired environmental effects being reduced.

We are involved in scientific committees and knowledge transfer to application on regional, national, and international level.
